The Rokinon / Samyang prime lenses designed for digital cinema are equipped with gears for follow focus wheel attachment and for remote control of the aperture ring, with T-Stop markings. The aperture ring features continuous movement, with no clicks, between each T-Stop, allowing aperture changes during filming without causing brightness jumps or camera shake. The lenses are coated with multiple “Anti-Flare” layers designed specifically for digital cinema. They are compatible with Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K and Blackmagic Micro Studio Camera.
