The Ignite Digi Gimbal Mate is a universal camera bottom plate with a unique dual-dovetail design, letting the same camera package slide into different gimbal cages and support systems. It is the bottom-side counterpart to Ignite’s Quick Mode Change workflow, so you can move between gimbal, handheld and tripod modes without re-rigging.
Its reversible design lets you position the dovetail towards the front or back of the camera for better balance, while keeping a lightweight, rigid mount. Works alongside the Camera Top Plate A / B and the rest of the Ignite ecosystem.
Pairs with our Camera Top Plate A, Camera Top Plate B and Ronin 2 Top Plate Adapter.
