The Tiffen 4 x 5.65″ Premium Clear Coating Filter is a filter designed for general protection of your lens. This optically clear filter does not affect the overall image quality but prevents dust, scratches, moisture, and other elements from damaging your lens. This filter is multi-coated to help reduce reflections, improve light transmission, and maintain contrast and color fidelity. Tiffen filters are made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between two pieces of optical glass and grinding it to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. This filter measures 4 x 5.65″ / 101.6 x 143.5 mm.
